1:9 Kim Moves In

Kim moved in shortly after their wedding.  She brought with her a little bit of money that she managed to scrape together from selling her modest flat and she immediately put it to good use.

She got the builders in and added a small extension at either end of Benjamin's shack.  This made the main bedroom bigger and added a small bedroom for Laurie, who was only just born but still needed a place of her own.

Kim had one thing that she was sure she wanted so she made sure to have money left over.  She wanted to build a sustainable life.  She wanted to go green.  She wanted to be an Eco Chick.

Kim had two turbines installed and a rain collector.  She knew this was the best way to become more self sufficient.  She also convinced Benjamin to build her a chicken coop. Which he did but he was absolutely exhausted afterwards and fell asleep right there.

But once all her changes were made the little cabin looked amazing, an although Winter was quickly drawing in she knew that they could be very happy here.  But the sky was the limit.
